There will be no adidas Women’s 5K Challenge in 2012 due to the Olympics but if you are interested in joining the team in 2013 please contact Sam sam@msrc.co.uk or 01206 226500 to book your place Lovely, lovely day, it was so nice that we could all take part together, we will definitely be back next year!"

Seeta, who many will recognise from her recent appearance in Eastenders as Shameen, will be leading the way as our Celebrity Captain for the second year running. The adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is a great event and open to everyone. The winner may finish it in 15 minutes but all at matters is you cross the finish line whether you run, walk, skip or even use your scooter. Every year the Women’s 5k Challenge is a fantastic day out for all the family and this year promises not to disappoint. To book your place email Sam on sam@msrc.co.uk or phone 01206 226500.
