by LizWatson INGREDIENTS: - 4 large oranges
- 4 tbsp medium sherry
- 4 tbsp flaked almonds
METHOD: - Remove the peel and pith from four large oranges, slice them horizontally and put in a bowl, then sprinkle with 4 tablespoon of medium sherry.
- Under a medium grill, toast 4 tablespoons of flaked almonds until light brown.
- Divide the orange slices between 4 dishes, spoon over the juices and sprinkle with nuts.
