    In this section you can read about other people's life stories, how they found out they had MS, how they dealt with this News, what life is like now, how they live with MS day to day.

    Also there are stories from Carers of people with MS, their stories are also important to us.

    We also have feedback from people with MS on what has helped them cope with the disease, or what has not been helpful to them on a personal level.

    Personal trainer Ray Conway provides a session by session update on his work helping a client with MS.

    MS affects everybody, all backgrounds, classes, rich & poor, male & female, famous or otherwise.

    Did you know that American TV chatshow host Montel Williams has MS? But he's not taking it lying down, no not at all. This man has Attitude!

     

    Here you can read about people's experiences with what they have found to be beneficial in helping them to live with MS. 

    Though there is no cure for MS there are many drugs and complementary therapies out there that are helping people to help themselves!

    Here you can read about the things that people have tried and have found to be troublesome, of no benefit, or made things worse in helping them live with MS. Knowledge is power!

    At the MSRC we believe in Living Life to the full. MS didn't stop these folk having a great holiday, and, you could too!
