Edgar CayceThe late Edgar Cayce was a mild-mannered photographer who lived between 1877 and 1945, and who is today widely regarded as the father of modern holistic medicine.

It involved diet, massage, keeping a positive mental attitude, maintaining a high spiritual ideal, and consistent use of an imperceptible mode of electrotherapy (vibratory medicine).

At the age of twenty-one, Cayce developed the amazing ability to enter into a self-induced hypnotic trance in which he could successfully diagnose and prescribe effective treatments (often drawing from diverse health disciplines) for all manner of human ills - including Multiple Sclerosis .

Over 14,000 of his trance discourses (which came to be known as 'readings') were transcribed verbatim and are currently available for inspection and study at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

These are available from the US. If you live in the UK then you will probably have to import the Cayce wet cell battery and its accessories from a US supplier. Suppliers are listed in Dudley Delany's free online book.
